Successful people know it takes sacrifice and hard work to reach their goal. They get comfortable with being uncomfortable until their comfortable..get my drift? They say no to instant satisfaction for the sake of long term success.

ACCEPT IMPERFECTIONS IN THEIR DIET

Successful people understand that they will be thrown into situations that will knock them off their game. They can adapt and make the most of those situations. 

DON’T THINK ALL OR NOTHING

Successful people don’t think they have to be perfect. They understand 80% of the time they can be on it and 20% of the time they can relax and enjoy life. 

ARE HONEST WITH THEMSELVES

Successful people are honest about what they’re putting in their bodies and how it affects their progress. Handfuls of chips every time you walk into the kitchen can really add up throughout the day… 

ASK FOR HELP

Successful people know they will do better with support. When working towards their goals alone doesn’t work, they turn to people who can help!
