At Top Fuel CrossFit we offer a personalized nutrition plan that fits each individual’s specific needs.
We start with an InBody body composition scan and a detailed questionnaire to get to know you. We ask that you track four days worth of food in MyFitnessPal so your coach can use that data as well as the data given above to create your starting prescription. Although the food you eat is ultimately up to you, your coach will check in with you weekly to keep an eye on food quantity and quality. Accountability and goal setting are two ways our program differs from others. We take a balanced approach to food and offer a program that allows individuals to create healthy habits while still enjoying life.
